- Casper uses `%s` tag naming
- Let's keep this, otherwise release order is broken
- Ghost & Ghost-Admin use this notation too
- It will tell `yarn version` to use `%s` instead of `v%s`

- added gulp task to extend casper release automation
- will draft the release for you
- will get the user facing commits from changelog
- runs after `yarn ship` (postship)
- full automation with env variables is possible
