+## と言えば・と言うと
+
+と{言|い}えば・と{言|い}うこと means "speaking of".
+

+
+Means "in", "at", "regarding".
+Used with nouns. Is used in formal language.

+
+Means "concerning", "about".
+Used with nouns.

+
